When did you last change the oil on that mower?
  • Hour meters only come on expensive equipment — if at all
  • Paper maintenance logs get lost or ignored
  • You run machines until something breaks, then pay to fix it
  • Managing a fleet means juggling schedules in your head
  • One blown engine can cost more than a season of preventive maintenance

Three Steps. Then Forget About It.

01
Connect It Up

Connect the leads to your machine's battery terminals and attach the device with pre-applied velcro tape. Works on any machine with a 5-24V battery. Done in about 5 minutes.

02
📶
Connect to WiFi

MechTrak broadcasts its own hotspot on first boot. Connect your phone, enter your WiFi credentials, done. It handles the rest.

03
🔔
Set Your Alerts

In the app, name your machine and set maintenance intervals. Oil change every 50 hours? We'll email you before it's due.

04
Run Your Business

MechTrak tracks runtime automatically — detecting vibration and voltage to know exactly when machines are running. You just work.

Built for Real Equipment.

🔍
True Runtime Detection

Dual-sensor detection using battery voltage and vibration. The device knows when your machine is actually running — not just powered on.

📧
Email Alerts That Matter

Get notified when maintenance is coming up soon, and again when it's due. Set intervals for oil changes, filters, blades — anything you track.

📡
Fully Automatic Sync

Whenever your machine is near WiFi, MechTrak syncs runtime data automatically. No Bluetooth, no manual logging, no phone needed at the machine.

🔋
Battery Friendly

Deep sleep between checks is designed to use very little power. MechTrak is built not to be a drain on the machine it's monitoring.

🏭
Manage a Fleet

Track zero-turns, walk-behinds, generators, skid steers, ATVs — any machine with a battery. One dashboard for your whole operation.

📱
Mobile-Ready Dashboard

Check runtime, maintenance status, and alert history from any phone or computer. No app download required.

Common Questions.

If your machine has a battery between 5V and 24V and vibrates when it runs, MechTrak will work. This includes most zero-turn mowers, walk-behinds, generators, ATVs, skid steers, tractors, and more.
Setup is simple. Connect the two leads to your machine's battery terminals, attach the device with the pre-applied velcro tape, and connect to WiFi once through the MechTrak hotspot. Total time is about 5 minutes.
MechTrak saves runtime to onboard flash memory and syncs the next time it's in range of your WiFi network. No runtime data is lost.
MechTrak is designed to use very little power while idle. For extended storage of 6 months or more, we recommend disconnecting it from the battery.
MechTrak uses two sensors — a voltage monitor and an accelerometer — to detect both a voltage spike and vibration simultaneously. It won't log time just because the machine is powered on; it needs both signals to confirm it's actually running.
Initial WiFi setup requires a phone to connect to the MechTrak hotspot, but after that you can manage everything from any web browser — phone, tablet, or computer.
